2023年北京工伤赔偿标准及新规定详解
北京市人社局 recently revised the "Beijing Municipal Measures for Work-related Injury Insurance" to provide comprehensive protection for workers who suffer from work-related injuries or occupational diseases. The new regulations became effective on January 1, 2023.

The new regulations have increased the compensation standards for various categories of work-related injuries, as outlined in the following table:

新规定细则
扩大保障范围
将灵活就业人员、网约车司机等新就业形态劳动者纳入工伤保险保障范围。
延长预留期期限,由原先的1个月延长至3个月,方便企业为新招用员工办理参保手续。
优化待遇水平
提高工伤保险待遇标准,包括伤残津贴、一次性伤残补助金、伤残就业安置补助金等。
提高供养亲属抚恤金和供养亲属生活补助金标准。
扩大工伤康复的范围和内容,增加康复项目和康复设备。
完善管理机制
优化工伤认定程序,建立快速工伤认定机制,简化认定流程。
完善工伤预防和职业健康管理体系,加强对企业工伤预防工作的监督和指导。
加强工伤保险基金监管,健全工伤保险基金征缴、使用和监督机制。
